[MLE] Local languages taught in Uttarakhand

Kumauni & Gharwali taught at schools in Uttarakhand Photo:   The government of Uttarakhand has decided to have the two major vernacular languages of the state, Kumauni and Gharwali, taught at all the primary schools.
