UNESCO Bangkok has just published a booklet entitled "Advocacy Brief: Mother Tongue-based Teaching and Education for Girls". This is an interesting and useful booklet written by Dr. Carol Benson (Stockholm University), who some of you already know. Several SIL members provided comments on the earlier drafts of the text.
